With another year closing and the last breakfast of the year done I just want to say how awesome it has been this year. From all that we have learned and added to our lives through the DVDs and through the Band of Brothers conference. On the Dec. 4th Men’s breakfast we learned ,through the personality test that we men had to take and that we had to give to our wives, what personality our wives were. After we sttled that the DVD also told us of there weaknesses and strengths which will help us to better serve and love our wives. Which is an awesome thing that if we apply these things quickly not only will our wives be blessed but so will anyone that walks through the doors of our houses. Read more

A lot of times we as men forget just how important it is for us to relate to our wives and children. As men we learned the importance of cultivating healthy relationships with our daughters. Healthy father daughter relationships start when they are young and as they grow we actually empower them in being secure in their identity, able to relate to the opposite sex better and when they grow up and get married, their life of intimacy with their husbands are highly fulfilling. If we are not there girls will feel insecure about who they are, have difficulty in relating to the opposite sex and when they grow up they become self-assertive, angry and promiscuous.
We also learned that guys, we need to give at all possible to our wives the option of staying home with the kids; especially when they are very young. We need to free our wives from the guilt associated when they have to work leaving the children in daycare. Are we so selfish that we value making money more important and letting someone else raise our kids than showing our children just how much we value them?
Come on guys. Let me hear from you and tell me your heart.
