History of Streams

BRIEF HISTORY OF STREAM

Streams became a budding ministry in 2002 when Pastor Gary began to lead a small men’s prayer group.  Shortly there-after God drew a steady stream of people who yearning to experience God in deeper way. Pastor Stiles expanded the prayer group to additional bible study to help meet this cry of God’s people which become the root for planting Streams of Life Fellowship (you can call us Streams).

Over the next 15 years Streams grew in size and began to raise up leaders to help oversee the various ministries within the church.  God increased Pastor Gary’s heart in loving God’s people and to demonstrate the love of God throughout the local community.  Pastor Stiles began to look for ways to help the local community and soon opportunity would knock.  Streams of Life was able to help show God’s love to the community by helping in service to the local events hosted by the Parks and Recs. Committee and provide donations to the local food bank.  In doing so God began to establish where Streams would be firmly planted: Williamstown. In 2014 Streams purchased our current meeting location.
