As we continue to strengthen our faith by building upon the model set forward by Peter, we move into the middle of the process. Self-control is not what we think it is! Everything that pertains to life and Godliness, as in, a life hidden in Christ, is provided by His divine power! This is according to 2 Peter 1:3. That is why with even self-control, we have to see that God’s plan for this feature in His mature children is important to our strength and integrity!
