We are continuing to press on this area of discipleship. When we get to Perseverance, however, this starts to change up a bit. We come into our faith through the blood of Jesus with a promise and a command. We clinch on to the promise though but ignore the command! Why? Because the promise doesn’t cost us anything but the command costs us everything! Few are willing to pay that cost, but I believe that a lack of discipline is the real reason. We don’t want to finish the process!
