We were created to bring honor to our God and King, but because of our fall, the ability for us to show God this honor He is due, is not just something we can do. We try to show God honor by giving Him time or attention, but we selfishly consume that time. We come to worship Him and give Him honor, but we don’t finish that honor by giving attention to His word! We put a cap on ourselves to limit the amount of honor we contain, because we are leaving room for every thing else that we want to contain!
