Faith Faltered

What is faith? Belief, right?! It’s the substance of things hoped for… we can quote it, but do we actually understand our faith, truly!? Faith is not just belief, it’s belief in Him, God Almighty! Sadly, we have faith in our Christian foundation that basically believes God exists! We believe Christ died for us. We believe the Bible is true. And we attribute that as having faith! What we fail to understand is what God set as the standard for faith has been broken and watered down because of disobedience! Unbelief, is the byproduct of disobedience! Now because we have disobeyed God (not just as individuals) in ways we sometimes don’t even understand because we plead ignorance, we have based our faith and the standard of strong faith on things that our not attributed to God but just naturally formed!! Our faith has faltered!
