Sanctification Protocol

With our temple restoration, we consecrated ourselves in as much and repented so we can embrace the changes God has for us! This is the new man, our new temple that is build to honor God. This is what our lives in Christ are supposed to be, but we have this last issue that always seems to need correction, being holy! We are told to be holy as He is holy, set apart, sanctified! Why do we struggle so much in this area? Is our understanding of holiness incorrect or have we neglected the rubbish that corrupts us and keeps us from becoming holy?
